The best way of knowing what to design and how to design it is looking into our users’ needs. And the only way of identifying these are by observing their habits and identifying patterns and most important pain points.

Combining consumer insights with our expertise helps us use our resources more effectively and know which are the  most important items that add a higher quality to the user’s experience with the product. These also help us establish our Craftsmanship parameters.

I give support in the Usability and Perceived Quality studies done by the User Experience experts by moderting some tests in order to stay up to date in our consumer insights.

I have planned and executed two Perceived Quality tests myself with the help of this team, I included the Craftsmanship Manufacturing Auditors in one of them for raising awareness.

I also participated in an ethnographic research done on consumers’ homes for a project in Laundry.
