I first joined Lánzate just to rock climb and have fun but ended gaining a lot more than that. It changed my way of seeing things. It changed my life.
Lanzate is a facility where they plan and execute Experiential Learning programs, and I enrolled in a course that trains students to become facilitators in these Experiential Education programs.
I acquired abilities that have helped me personally and professionally up to this day. I learned Lanzate’s hands-on approach to teaching and strengthened my leadership skills, such as public speaking, group management, problem-solving, and teamwork. My main job was to guide a group of people through diverse challenges they needed to solve as a team. As part of our development, my team and I were also set various challenges we had to accomplish.
